I moved because my kids and I continued to become ill. I complained several times and the management advised m Read Moree it was nothing to worry about. Management changed about every 3 months so it was no consistency. I was advised that I owed money when I didn't and never received my deposit back. I enjoyed having a spacious apartment however not at the cost of my health.

When moving in I was told that someone would be monitoring the premises from around 3p until the early morning Read More hours. I have had to physically break up fights with students getting off the bus (Middle School Age) 3 times since I have moved into Ivy Ridge. I know that the Apt Management is not responsible for babysitting kids but if safety is a part of what Ivy Ridge stands for that person, whatever his title maybe should be visible to help prevent some of that activity.

When I moved in my apartment was not "ready" I had a list of things that had to be fixed, finished or done in Read Moregeneral. Most things were fixed some things I am still waiting. All things were things that should have been checked before I moved in. While the office staff seemed concerned I could see the irritation that I was complaining.
