They advertise newly rennovated luxury apartment homes, but they are not totally rennovated and there is nothi Read Moreng luxury about them. The heatingand air conditioner units are so old my unit is from 1972. The summer electric bill can easily top 400 dollars even eith lights out all the time. My first month I reportedly used 2,098 watts of power and no one was home, This is 4 times more power than i used in my previous apt. and I used way more electrical appliances.

Pennington Pointe is a good place to start apartment living. It is equipped with the basics. In my opinion it Read Moreis a bit over priced ,but so is alot of apartment homes in this area. The staff are friendly and hospitable. The front of the complex is well designed and nice, but the back needs work! It would be nicer if the playground that was promised was here, but instead they made a dog park:(

When my lease was up, they raised my rent $200/month and refused to do any improvements on my apartment such a Read Mores carpeting. It took them 9 months to fix the issue with my gas stove during which time I had to do without a stove and gas heat - I heated my apartment with electric space heaters.

The overall apartment is fair. The location is not ideal due to the safety and apartment complex located direc Read Moretly behind it. Apartment manager is fair and provides great service, she works hard to resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintenance staff is ok, does satisfactory job. With the new improvements the complex has potential but not worth the cost for the location, amenities does make up for some of it. The closer you are to the front of the apartment the better the overall experience.
