Leasing office staff have always been rude and insensitive. Maintenance comes in and out of my apartment witho Read Moreut advising me beforehand. As a single woman that lives alone, I addressed my concern to the leasing office and requested a courtesy call before the maintenance men entered my apartment and my request was denied stating that my lease permits them to enter if the maintenance feels it is an emergency . Maintenance also has been unable to fix the leaking tub faucet after 3 requests.

They have community activities with residents such as Game Nights and Pool Parties at least once a month. Eve Read Morery maintenance request is answered quickly and fixed promptly and they will go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. Also, the buildings and landscapes are maintained and cleaned often.

The community is disgusting, they're no strong rule about, pet owners picking up after their dogs. This just m Read Moreakes the community in a whole stink badly in the summer time. They're have been trash laying around the community. The debt goes up every year, but nothing additionally is being done. I have known so many people to move out for cheaper rent. I used to love it here, not anymore.
