Some of the equipment in the gym needs work. Need to be able to change the channel on the tv on the gym. Cou Read Moreld replace thevalley maybe. Nothing much to complain about. Extra iinsulation between floors would be nice as the noise when neighbors walk upstairs can be quite loud.

It would be really helpful if there were a waste basket/trash can INSIDE the mail room. There is so much junk Read Moremail delivered daily, it is really a pain to have to drag it to my apartment to sort though and causes extra clutter and paper pile up. There should really be a trash can in the mail room that residents can dispense of junk mail immediately.

No smoking on the stairs or hallway areas. No running up and down and up and down the stairs and yelling after Read More 10pm on a week night

A paved walking/running path would be extremely nice. Just around the perimeter would more than likely allow Read Morefor a .25 or a .50 path.
