The apartments were nice. The pool area was the best I've ever seen. The management was very polite and friend Read Morely. I would live there again.

The Preserve is a well maintained property. Nice residents and the MGMT staff is quick to respond to any maint Read Moreenance issues within the apartment. The only minor complaints I have are: 1. The little tvs on the excercise equipment and the big one in the gym do not work (for the amount of rent we pay, I would like to view the tv while in the gym). 2. Some minor dog issues (i.e picking up after pets/ dogs barking inside appartments). As for the pet issue, that will be common at any pet friendly.

By the time I was notified that my rent was increasing by 9%, the time that required a written notification st Read Moreating my intent not to renew my lease had already expired, ( the only other option was to pay the financial penalty of a 30% increase in my monthly rent to not be bound by a lease). This loophole in the lease was extremely irritating. I would have expected a notification from the preserve giving me an opportunity to make an informed decision regarding the renewal of my lease.
