I was on the lower level. I could hear every step of my neighbor upstairs. And she could hear my T.V, music at Read More low volume and anything esle. We just learn to live with it. The office staff keep changing and no one seem to know what they was doing. One staff member Daine she never made me feel comfortable and always made me feel like I was causing her to work. I didn't like it. The resident was nice. The tread mill was always broke

Not enough notice when your water will be shut off, which happens often. Usually notice is given the day befor Read Moree and sometimes not at all.

Pricing is great, but their response time to fix issues is poor at best. It too 4 weeks to get a running toile Read Moret fixed, when it took 3 minutes to fix it. Getting lights fixed is another very slow process. The light in front attached to the apartment has been out since April (8 months).
