No real major complaints. Wish the gate of our gated community actually worked.. Dog park isn't taken care o Read Moref well. The waste containers are overflowing for days sometimes. Can't see the some building numbers due to the trees. The second pool has not been open the entire year I have lived here. I feel like there are a lot of things that sold me that we aren't given. Disappointing. The only thing that sets this complex apart from others is the office and maintenance staff.

My locks where changed and I was even notified. I can hear my neighbors arguing; not to mention neighbors wher Read Moree outside fighting one night, police where called but nothing seemed to be done. My power would go in and out when I first moved in. The dumpster area is horrible; trash just being thrown. My toilet makes noises after you flush it. But the employees in the officer are great; especially the two Lauren's.

There is one issue that I wish could be resolved, and that is the parking problem. If you leave in the aftern Read Moreoon, is a problem. There should be assigned spaces but there are none and always have to park far away from my apt.
