Overall great place to live. Not happy that there is only one trash receptacle and it almost a 5 minute walk Read Morefrom my apartment. The front car gates have broken twice in the last 3 months and they each took over 3 weeks to fix.

Poorly managed, grounds often a mess, trash compactor area is atrocious, gates broken most of the time, nothin Read Moreg done about residents who don't pick up after their dogs, gym a mess, pool out of comission half the summer, office staff indifferent, emails by residents to parent company, The Sterling Group, result in no reply, when you move out they gouge you for paint scrapes on walls yet do not provide touch up paint. There are new complexed being built in the area. Research those.

I Am A High Functioning Autistic Person. The Staff Were Very Accommodating In Sharing How Best To Find A Place Read More To Live; Why This Community Is Different And Also Took The Time To Show Me An Example Apartment So I Could Picture Which Type Of Residence Would Be Optimal For Me
The Online Payment For Using Credit Card Costs Are A Bit Extreme; Especially For Those Working Here In Savannah And Establishing A Bank Account Is Prohibitive When Working Away From Home With Family Left Behind. Like It Here
