Restricted breeds include but are not limited to Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terrier breeds, Rottweilers, Great Dane, Malamutes, Korean Jindo, Presa Canario, Huskies and Wolf Hybrids. Any mixes of these breeds is also prohibited. No exotic pets allowed.

I have very mixed feelings about my time at Arium Riverside. Pros- Good location, large apartments. Cons- Mana Read Moregement is bad. It is obvious that they are more focused on sales than serving the current residents. They are slow to respond to maintenance requests as well. The maintenance crew is good, but sparse. Minor repairs are handled quickly and done well. Getting major ones done takes an obscene amount of effort on the resident's end. Management clearly values profit over resident satisfaction

Please consider making an appointment with our Community Manager so that we may reassess your situation and assist to the best of our ability.
Maintenance is not dependable. My shower tile is falling apart in both bathrooms. Only one has been fixed afte Read Morer numerous complaints. The kitchen cabinets keep falling apart. Things that were supposed to be fixed before I moved in are still broken. The accounting department has seemed to mess something up almost every month since I moved here over a year ago.

We're terribly sorry that your experience with our maintenance staff has been less than satisfactory to this point. Please contact our office at your convenience so that we can reassess your situation and work with you to make your living situation as positive as we can.
I don't feel that the service or friendliness of the staff is adequate for any rating other than fair. Staff a Read Morelso turns over on a regular basis so you don't know who is working in the office. The grounds are not kept up well and the buildings need to be pressure washed.

the gates haven't been working for about a year now. Every now and again the exit gate will be closed but the Read Moreopen gate has been open for about a year now, and i pay to live in a gated place.

I've lived here for about 5 years and once Arium took over, the quality of service, the ground, the breezeways Read More have become dirty and unkept. It seems their focus is filling vacant apartments and not the quality of residents allowed to love here.
