Park 83 has the ideal location and setting for us. I've posted pictures on my FaceBook page and get questione Read Mored from friends How far outside of Atlanta do you live? When they see the photos of the landscape, hear me talking about the Hawks that live in the community they can't believe where the complex is located! Some key things for us were location (and a traffic light at the entrance), cleanliness and the setting of the location. Park 83 delivers and we'll enjoy our time here.

Started off great but after about 6 months I was ready to leave. The staff does not practice great customer se Read Morervice (some do but not all). Also, you can NEVER catch the manager in office and this is different times of the day. There have been an increase number of pests in the apartments(i.e roaches) and I've NEVER had roaches in any of the places I've been in. I don't want to see them so I ordered something from Amazon and its helped some. Maintenance do not upkeep the appearance of all buildings meaning cleaning breezeways,etc. I would say, there are two tenants who are wonderful. They stand at the gate and give you breakfast on the go. They give out items like chick fil a sandwiches or bojangles sandwiches. They also give out ice cream to the tenants in the summer all for free. They had a pizza night for families, gumbo night during football games. They have a snack truck that come around handing out snacks to the tenants and this is definitely a BIG plus with the community. I love the fact that they have faux wood floors and actual granite countertops. I don't like the fact that the blinds are cheap throughout the apartments though. They really need to get back to business because right now they are slacking.

Great Customer Service from the beginning...Love that the community grounds are always kept up. Maintenance re Read Moresponds in a timely manner and are nice, but just don't step on any of my rugs and I'm all good.. Last but not least....I love my lil apartment... Thank you Park 83:-)

The location is great. Easy to get to 400. Holcomb Bridge is extremely busy but it has rarely caused me a dela Read Morey. Dog parks are a great asset. The upgraded kitchens and flooring make it feel much more like home. Only real complaint we have is not being able to use our gas grill, but that seems to be commonplace for Atlanta apartment communities. The community always looks nice; it is very well taken care of outside. There are community events regularly with free food and gatherings. It's been a really good place to live so far. Additionally, I had a maintenance employee come to fix my power that shorted out because of something I did. When he saw that I was installing my washer/dryer by myself, he helped me finish the job. He went above and beyond and I really appreciated it.
