We do offer valet trash removal as a service to our residents, but we certainly understand your concern and will take your comments into consideration on how we can improve this process to better serve our community. I filled out all the stuff that needed to be done/changed at my apartment and nothing was done about it. There Read More's still huge holes in my closet, giant big cracks in the walls in my upstairs master bedroom. There are also cracks just about everywhere. The toilet seats covers were all old with crashes and stains on them. The flooring in both bedrooms upstairs are bad. The mirrors in the bathrooms have crutches all over and the list goes on and on.

I had a bad move in here. I was supposed to move in a fully remodeled unit and I didn't. Since then I've notic Read Moreed neighbors come and go in fully remodeled units. The customer service is just ok.

The leasing manager would not negotiate the rent. The work orders take time to complete. I cannot wait to mo Read Moreve into my house and never pay rent again.

We're sorry to hear that your experience with our community has not met your expectations. We do our best to accommodate our residents whenever possible, but please understand that our rates are non-negotiable. In addition, we strive to complete all maintenance requests as promptly as possible, but response time may vary depending on the nature of the issue. However, residents can always contact the office to check on the status of a request.
Overall, everything has been great! The people in the office are nice, grounds are kept up, and maintenance i Read Mores done in a timely manner.
