Your actual apartment is excellent and prepared well for move in. The rent is extremely reasonable for the si Read Moreze and location. On the bus line is very convenient. The pools and work out areas are awesome. Only thing bad pools close early and you have one particular resident (an older lady) who is very nosey and in your business. Other than that your fellow residents are great! Maintenance does need to come around and spray for bugs more often. No matter how much I clean roaches still lurk.

We did not receive the $100 reward card we registered for. We called and explained we had not gotten it but w Read Moree never had it delivered to our mail. Was disappointed from the beginning. The apartment should be of higher quality for the price. The counter tops are made of a thin film that flakes off and kitchen is outdated. The second room is not insulated well. It stays 10 to 15 degrees colder than the rest of apartment. I had to insulate the windows for the winter.
