Only things I have found really good about The Vue at Park Towers are : Location and the availability of a ded Read Moreicated concierge. The building exterior looks old and discolored. Maintenance is an issue. Since the trash chute is adjacent to the rooms, one gets foul smell frequently in the corridors. Though air fresheners have been installed, refill takes a very long time( some times even months). The balconies seem to have never been renovated since the towers were built. Parking is a BIG issue !

m and when I would get home the conci
Read Moreerge would always greet me. I felt safe with all the security measures. If I ever moved back to Atlanta, The Vue at Park Towers would be my first choice.

The apartment is nice and renovated with minimal issues however; due to the building being older the elevator Read Moreoccasionally has issues. The in office staff as well as concierge is consistently changing enforcing new rules such as; parking. In addition the online rent system has glitches causing payment to be a hassle.

It was a decent enough place to live when i had first moved there! Although maintenance wasnt great but they t Read Moreook care of things in considerable amount of time! I basically was paying for the view of downtown atlanta! After the management changed it just went down the drain! I actually paid the full term just so i can get out of there as soon as possible! Donot believe all the so called great features they have! I can name atleast 10 better places for that kind of rent around dunwoody area!
