They are very slow to respond to maintenance issues but expect for you to pay rent on time. No front door park Read Moreing too many residents and no available spaces.

My room is always hot. Maintenance came to fix the air and it was cool for the first 3 days and then it was ho Read Moret again. The kitchen cabinets are old and tarnished and my bathroom could definitely be fixed up a bit. I made a work order for my broken tissue roll holder and no one came to fix it. Me and my roommate initially chose Alhambra because it was close to our school and the price was ok but after a year they raised the rent $100 extra dollars and this place is not worth paying almost $900!

It seems as if anyone is allowed to live in these apartments. The parking is horrible every night there is one Read More or two cars not in a parking spot blocking someone in and nothing is done about it. There is always leaves and debris by my door. My neighbors have 3 guest not on the lease staying there taking parking spots!
