My husband I live there for 2yrs. The first year was great but after they got new owner the place went down hi Read Morell. Before the new owners, they keep the place looking wonderful, but after the new owner we started to notices that things like having bug control was every once a while when it was monthly, the trash compactor was always down, the breeze way were not keep clean. I could go on and on.

We are sorry that you haven't had the best stay with us, but we would love to turn it around. Pest Control comes out every Friday and is on a per request basis, but they exterminate around the property on a routine schedule. We understand the trash compactor being down is frustrating, and we work very closely with Republic to make sure they fix it when problems arise. Please let us know what we can do in order to make your home better, because we value you as a resident.

I really love living here but I am more apt to move when my lease is done. My biggest complaint is the noise l Read Moreevel. The dogs constantly barking makes me feel like I live in a dog kennel. There is no sound proofing in these apartments. The noise from the above apartment sometimes is unbearable. If it wasn't for the noise I would have given this complex an excellent rating.

Location is good, no place for children to play besides on sidewalks and around cars. Office staff is great. S Read Moreeems like maintenance takes an act of congress to get done though. Parking takes a miracle to find an open spot at your building.

Thank you for being a valued resident. The best place for the kids to play would be next to building 100-200 next to the hammock. It is a wide open area that is partially shaded. Perfect for picnics! My grill was stolen by the management without warning and maintenance refused to return it, saying I would hav Read Moree to walk it back to my apartment (about 1/3 mile). Once I did get it back and put it under the stairs where I was told I could keep it, I received a phone call that it needed to be moved. The trash compactor is often broken/full. I'm not always informed of new packages. Neighbors are quick to complain to management without ever saying anything to you directly

The safety of our residents is our top priority and unfortunately, having grills located in the breezeway is considered a fire hazard. We are sorry that you are unable to keep your grill, but we have two stainless steel gas grills located next to the pool available for you to use. Also, there are many picnic grills around the community. Thank you for being a valued resident.
