*Maintenance requests were not attended to on a timely manner: The staff gave the excuse of short on maintena Read Morence workers : Water leaks should not take 10 days of no one checking apartment! *The communication was poor: I had to call or email to check on status and end results for every situation *The apartment had a pet from previous renter when we moved in: the complex did not thoroughly clean before renting apartment to us- dog hair was stuck on all base boards of every room& bad dog smell

I've been a residence here since 2010, briefly in 2007 when it was island tree. This was a great place and loc Read Moreation to call home, but over time and management and maintenance changes my residency have become overlooked and pretty much forgotten. Work orders that I've called in have been unanswered and neglected! If they are completed they are done poorly! I've had a hole in my ceiling for over a year that was caused by a leak in the apartment above me that has yet to be repaired! Promises but n

Although we paid for an upgraded rental the upgrades do not reflect the pictures advertised on their website. Read MoreThe tubs are painted over and peeling off. We consistently have black mould in the shower and our cupboard doors continually fall off and the most frustrating is our refrigerator door won't close but they won't do anything g about it? The location is fantastic and very quiet it just needs some major upgrades and a much more effective maintenance crew!!!

Darren, I really appreciate your feedback. I see you've had some issues in your apartment. All of our apartments are upgraded but they might not look like our model home as our community is 30 years old. We do try to make all of our homes look as nice as possible. The black mold that you are referring to sounds like mildew. A regular cleaning schedule should eliminate the problem. I would like for you stop by the office we can discuss your other issues and resolve them as soon as possible.

The front desk has always helpful and never had any strong issues. Downside was all the roaches no matter how Read More many times I cleaned a week. Appliances were a bit out of date as well, hard for decorating.

Chad, thank you for your review! I apologize for the issue you've had with pest control. We have recently changed our pest control company that services all of our apartments on a quarterly basis. This will help alleviate the issue with pests. We just updated all of our appliances to stainless steel! If you have not yet gotten the new appliances please let us know. I want to get those to you right away!
