Kitchen cabinets are old and musty smelling, Kitchen appliances are old and loud, Upstairs bathroom toilet con Read Morestantly runs, Ceramic tile and grout in shower needs to be redone, visiting people throw trash on grounds, air-condition has loud sound coming from maintenance closet. Poor paint job and stairwell carpet.

I'm sorry you aren't completely satisfied with your apartment. We have a great maintenance team that is ready to handle any request for our residents at anytime. Please contact us to submit a work order. Also, we would be happy to offer you an apartment with new cabinets. In fact, I have one available now. I really appreciate you taking the time to send in your comments. Our goal is to please everyone and the feedback you provide helps us to be better serve our residents.
My only issue I have is the times of day the maintenance company comes to do our lawn care. I work nights and Read Moreweekends so my days off tend to be on Wednesday and Thursdays which often times are when they come. They are always there around 9:00am. This may not seem like a big deal however I do not get home from work until 2:00am at times and to be waken up by a lawn mower or weed wacker at 9am outside my window definitely puts a terrible start to my day.

Thank you for your positive review. I wish there were something that could be done to alleviate the issue you're having with the landscape noise, but unfortunately the nature of that type of maintenance requires daytime hours. I'm glad you're happy with all the other aspects of Windsor Arms, though! Please keep the feedback coming -- we really do appreciate hearing from our residents!
I've only been a resident for a short time, but I've found that the staff are friendly and accommodating. The Read Moreplace itself is nice and quiet.

I have enjoyed my experience there overall. There was a situaron where some maintenance hadn't been done, as p Read Morereviously promised but it's been fixed now. And i have bays living in the ceiling.

Our maintenance team tries to resolve all service requests within 24 hours, but sometimes emergencies arise or parts are needed that may delay completion. I'm glad to hear your issue has been fixed. Anytime you need to know the status of a work order please contact the office and our staff will gladly relay this information to you. I'm unsure of what your last comment meant. While some improvements have been made to the property, it always seems that things are breaking. Countless ti Read Moremes the water has had to be shut off. Old gates were torn down and the mess became an eye sore.

I want to start out Thanking you for your Review. I totally understand your frustration with the water being cut off and sometimes with no notice to you our Resident. If we are notified we try and notify you but there are times it is an emergency. Feel Free to stop by the office and have a cup of coffee and a cookie and visit. We Love hearing from our Residents you are a part of our Community which is your Community.
