I would rate it higher, except for the high price. For $775 month, we should have gates. I pay almost $50/mont Read Moreh for water and trash removal and a large deposit; this should be included in the cost. At a minimum trash should be included. It seems ridiculous that every tenant pays such a large trash fee when there are only a few communal dumpsters that are served once or twice a week. The shower/baths are very small for this rent, and the appliances are too basic.

We brought up an issue in November that has yet to be rectified, after multiple attempts. Several policies ar Read Moree not enforced, making it often frustrating to live here. Apartment is very cheaply made.
