      The reason im unhappy is when i paid my money to move in these apartments i was promised a washer and dryer ne Read Morever got it they never finished the construction tge hallway is just in disarray but i can say theres no crime i have witnessesd ocer here thats a super plus its quiet and the security really does a good job but the owners need to step up and finish the renovations.

      Tired of the bugs and at one point management seemed OK, but lately they've been substandard as well. Leasing Read Moreoffice changed a number of mailbox locks without notification and when asked why, we never got a reason. Also, any time I'm trying to contact the leasing office, I can never get through, then when I go down there, there are people in the office. The new agent in the office seems to be attitudinal and snappy. She's never been pleasant during my personal encounters with her.

      I was told that the apartment had central air and there's no central airThere was other things that I was told Read More and the apartment doesn't have.

      AC Units are being replaced throughout the entire property. The units are renovated to be exactly like to model shown. If there is anything that was not completed in a unit, it only takes a maintenance request to have it corrected.

      The office staff and maintenance men are horrible. When i moved into my unit it was messy and very unclean. Wi Read Morendows were still broken and the door needed repairing. Minimal painting was done and the y still expect full rent. I was never given a mail box key and when requesting one i was attained as the nad person. Still havent got one cut two weeks later.

      The office has went through some recent changes and we are constantly working to improve our customer and tenant satisfaction! If there are any issues with office staff or maintenance concerns, please let us know and it will get remedied immediately. Our maintenance team is onsite for all maintenance requests, including emergency after hour requests. All requests can be submitted online through our tenant portal for the fastest turn around.

      The maintenance team is slow in responding to requests, as well as the leasing office. Requests MIGHT be made Read Moreweeks after. The newly renovated apartment I moved into started showing roaches and the NEW cabinetry started falling apar. It was poorly constructed. It is a good area to live in, but the staff makes it horrible. They need more maintenance people for one.

      Thank you for your review. All non emergency maintenance requests have a 72 hour turn around time. There may be exceptions if parts need to be ordered or an outside vendor has to be called. Pest Control is on property every week for any pest issues. The area IS a great place to live and is convenient to everything! We've been told by past tenants that our property is the best property in a ten mile radius.
