They do not keep up the buildings' breezeways or stairs blown from the leaves and debris that accumulates as y Read Moreou're entering the buildings & going up the stairs. They don't seem to care about the cleanliness of the building. When Pegasus was managing, they did better with maintaining bldg. cleanliness. They also offered the tenants perks (i.e., monthly social events, offered snacks in the leasing office, etc.). It's just bear bones now and nothing appealing to want you to stay.

Rent is extremely high, I can hear parking lot noises more easily than any other apartment I've rented, and th Read Moree teenage kids are annoying loud jerks (the survey wouldn't let me use the profanity I had originally typed and no one does anything about it.

This place has been cutting corners and they have been noticed. The issues are mainly with the new management Read Morecompany that recently took over the property. The snacks, sodas, and coffee creamer have disappeared. The business center is hardly a business center. One of the computers does not work and the printer has been out of toner for weeks. These things were some of the things that attracted me to this complex 2 years ago.

property is littered with large animal feces all over the property and no notification of any kind about this Read Morematter has been sent to residents so they think it is ok. I caught a man with his dog in front of my apt and he said oh I did not know you were suppose to pick it up! It is the worst case of any apt. that I have lived . Vomit and animal feces in hallways as well as cigarette butts and candy and wrappers blowing ou hallways has only occurred twice since I have lived here.
