Quiet, pretty. I like the lakes and fountains. Great location. Close to everything in Vinings and easy access Read Moreto the interstate and mall. The buildings are old. The wiring and cable is old. The appliances and fixtures are updated. Huge closet

I would not recommend anyone living here. Property management is horrible and it take maintenance weeks to add Read Moreress issues.

Location is great but the complex itself is not. Staff is rude and couldn't care any less about the tenants. M Read Moreaintenance requests takes 2 weeks on average to be completed. The grounds of the property are unkept and common area trash cans can be seen overflowing with trash. Inside the units you will find new fixtures and countertops but a closer look will reveal mold and or mildew. Insulation is bad around the windows and doors so there is always a breeze. Take it from a real tenant that is stuck in a lease pay extra to live somewhere else.
