      I love it here. The community is well kept and the amenities are great. It feels safe and the staff and other Read Moreresidents are friendly. Any time that I have had an isdue, it has been taken care of very quickly. I am very happy here.

        There have been too many things that I don't enjoy about the apartment style living so I can't really give you Read Morer marketing program anything to go on. They really need to make sure the apartments don't smell like a dump site. If I would have realized that my outdoor walks in the community were going to consist of smelling trash equivalent to a dump site I would have opted to find a roommate and live in a house. There are far too many dumpsters on site in this community and the smell of rotting trash is prevalent. Considering the average income of the tenants who live in the community and the fact that most of them have downsized from particular housing situations I would think that the apartment community would do more to make the tenants more comfortable. This has nothing to do with the staff and operation managers of these communities this has everything to do with the investment property owners placing themselves in the shoes of the tenants. Most tenants have brand new vehicles, pick up trash when they see it on the ground and are very esteemed individuals. We expect the same consideration from the property owners and investment team please.
