Gateway offers Affordable Housing under Section 42, an income restricted program, dependent on a household?s gross annual income. We work with most housing agencies/programs such as SHICA (housing) CATCH, Navigator, etc. Checking credit/criminal and residential housing history for all adults is standard procedure. We follow Fair Housing guidelines renting to all who qualify. A copy of Tomlinson & Associates Resident Selection Plan is available for your review.
Gateway Crossing provides clean, comfortable Affordable Housing. The apartment kitchen provides good counter & cabinet space and has appliances including DW and garbage disposal. These also feature a breakfast bar over looking the dining area/ living room which keeps the cook in touch with what's happening in the home. The living area is bright & inviting with natural light from the oversized windows and sliding glass or garden doors in most units. Most also have private patio/balconies for your enjoyment. The bedrooms are generous with full-size wall closets & some apartments offer master suites. Each apartment has W/D hook ups and W/D are available for some units. Easy access to I84.
Gateway is pet/companion animal friendly, restrictions on breed, size, etc; do apply and a refundable deposit of $300 per animal is required on some pets. Pet friendly location. Spay/neuter required, must be up to date w/ vaccinations & licensed if required by local government. Maximum per unit allowed is 2, this doesn't include birds, fish, reptiles and the like. All animals must be reported and recorded but deposits aren't required on smaller/caged animals.
