The roof has been leaking in this building for many years. It's a 'sick' building, and my bedroom has leaked s Read Moreince I moved in over a year ago. My patio floods every time it rains due to poor drainage. They covered the brick with a fake wall, leaving no way to maintain the mortar, which is important to prevent leaking. There is black mold in my bathroom and the bedroom is infested within the walls. Every time it rains it takes two weeks to dry.

Cons: Noisy plumbing, dated architecture, no fitness room, no vending machines, no pool, very limited shared l Read Moreaundry, feels like an old retirement home Pros: gas is provided, boiler system, lots of parking, garbage is provided, friendly staff, some renovated apartments, balconies/porches, close to Walmart, Aldi's, and Sams Club.

      Upon moving in our apartment was in great condition, clean, new carpeting.
      While living here during the sum
      Read Moremer our air conditioner stopped working and by the end of the day we had brand new one. Building is clean, Parking lot is clean and salted during winter so we feel safe, staff is nice and cooperates with our needs.
