The grounds are kept up very well and there is a cleaning crew that comes in twice weekly and vacuums and clea Read Morens the hall and outside windows. There are tenant appreciation activities at least quarterly. I am disappointed and the rent increases. Unfortunately I think our wage increases at work aren't keeping pace with the rent demands and its hard to negotiate a more affordable rate.

The staff is caring and maintenance is quick to respond and professional. The landscapers have no clue how to Read Moretrim shrubs, they come along and chain saw the shrubs to sticks. If your on the north side, things look good, new shrubs, south side is pretty baron. Lots of squirrels! Require vehicle stickers from some residents but not all. I have a neighbor that has 4-6 cars on the lot at a time, none stickered, and one has been parked in the same spot for 5 months. All of them parked in front!
