The staff is wonderful, always pleasant and responsive. The clubhouse is beautiful and provides the feel of a Read Moreluxury community. The grounds are well maintained, especially in the spring/summer, and I love how lush everything looks. My only complaint is that the interior building hallways are poorly maintained. They are very outdated and often dirty (stained walls, debris on floors). I know the management has started renovating hallways and they look great, I hope this continues!

Expect rent increases every year at a rate of 3-7%, tenants smoking in non-smoking buildings with little to ze Read Morero enforcement, dog owners that don't pick up their dogs waste and no private entry ways - dorm style setup where everyone in a building shares a main entrance and for the money you pay you would hope that a garage spot would be part of the rent. Most other comparables in the area provide garage spots. Also the rec room equipment is in horrible shape and needs replaced.

Rents do increase from time to time based on supply and demand as well as rising real estate taxes, insurance, and other operating costs. We do our best to preserve the quality of services and maintenance at our community while keeping costs to a minimum. And, some of our fitness equipment was replaced last year and weve budgeted new universal machines for next year.
