I had multiple issues from day 1. I couldn't get cell phone service in the apartment (had to stand outside to Read More make calls); the A/C was so loud when on that I couldn't hear my tv sitting only 4 feet away; the tenants above me were extremely loud and would do their laundry after 11pm (plumbing really loud); the apartment smelled like cigarette smoke and I don't smoke so the smell bothered me a lot! Also, parking is a nightmare. It was a miserable experience. I moved out after only 5 month.

Staff is very friendly, repairs are done and completed in a timely matter and property is kept very clean.

We had issues with mold in the apartment and in the furnace/water heater closet. Residents on the first floor Read Morewere loud and smoked a lot.
