York Brook apartments, has a great staff. They are very friendly and when there are any problems they react qu Read Moreick in solving the problem. Maintenance crew is the best I have seen in awhile. When I called to made a request order, they show up on time and they fix the problem. Property is well kept. I like that they do renovations on the property.

Would have been excellent but parking is aweful after 3pm . There has also been a bad roach problem in the bu Read Moreilding. I've seen them outside in the grass too. They addressed it once but it needs to be done again. Staff are very friendly and maintenance is prompt and friendly.

Place is not as advertised. We were assured excellent parking- only true if you home by 4pm. Its horrible if Read Moreyou work later than 7pm. I often have to park in front of a completely different building than my own and there are not sufficient paved walkways between lots. You walk to your car in a neighboring lot through wet or muddy grass in the morning and deep snow in the winter. Unlike brochure- THERE IS NO TENNIS COURT. It has been locked for years and management says it will not be fixed.
