They respond in a timely manner and has made every effort t Read Moreo correct things that have not been right with the apartment when I first moved in 6 months ago (e.g. faucets, bugs, floors, dishwasher, etc.). Parking can be improved if vehicles are verified. I understand there is a tow service, but cars have been in the exact same parking space for 6 months. Even though a sticker is in the window, do you validate all cars are current tenants?

I love the environment of York Brook, all the staff is very friendly! They also post all the signs to communic Read Moreate with the residents that live there. They are also on top of everything in the office which makes it easy to place a maintenance order or obtain a parking pass.

How often do you have a problem with something in your apartment? If you do, all you need do is call the offi Read Morece and explain to them the need for someone to follow through with a small or large problem and someone will be there to help you. This is so important not only for yourself but others who live near your apartment and also call this home. People are friendldy and help one another and that makes this home in my mind.

We constantly have door problems, and flooding. Other than that, everything is pretty good.
