As much as we would like to, we can not guarantee sound proof walls, however, we absolutely can address any noise disturbances that affect you in your home per our lease. The renewal rent stated would be a 28% increase over the former rent. If a rental concession was granted at move in and the it was utilized to reduce the monthly rental rate, I am unaware of any increase that significant with the current management company. Your feedback is appreciated so we can continue to always improve.

They have had a complete change in ownership. The maintenance staff did not change and they are great and ver Read Morey friendly. The new owners have not serviced the complex as well as we were used to. The pool area was not cleaned as often. The lighting in the kitchen has a problem and the bulbs go out too quickly. The manager admitted it was a problem, but still will not replace them as the previous owners would. Overall, things do seem to be improving a bit now that the owners have settled in.

The patience and understanding of residents like yourself during this tranistion has been extremely helpful to the new staff. Resident satisfaction is our priority and we can only achieve that by receiving feedback so that we can make things right. I was told upon moving in that the road that my apt. was next to was not a noisy one during inital tour. BIG Read MoreLIE!! It was an exteremly noisy road and I don't appreciate being lied to.
In addition to that, the property did not handle snow removal well. Parking lot was rarely plowed and sidewalks were often icy and uncared for.

We apologize noise levels were higher than expected along the road you lived near. We try to get feedback from current residents and living conditions in the different areas of our property. We have a snow removal company that is responsive and our maintenance team is on call to throughout the season. Winter conditions are taken seriously as we are aware of the hazards that can be presented. We welcome feedback from residents of any issues, snow or otherwise, that we need to address immediately.
