As much as we would like to, we can not guarantee sound proof walls, however, we absolutely can address any noise disturbances that affect you in your home per our lease. The renewal rent stated would be a 28% increase over the former rent. If a rental concession was granted at move in and the it was utilized to reduce the monthly rental rate, I am unaware of any increase that significant with the current management company. Your feedback is appreciated so we can continue to always improve.
