The only issue I have is that the pool and exercise room hours are very limited to the times when the leasing Read Moreoffice is open-that means on summer holidays, residents can not use the pool--Memorial day, fourth of july and labor day?? also not open in the evenings or before 10:00am. People that work cant use the amenities--this makes no sense and is not right. The amenities should be open longer hours. Also the second club house pool and exercise room are not open on weekends! The busiest time!

The main issue is the office is open 7 days a week Monday through Friday 10am 6pm so that means the pool, medi Read Morea room, workout room etc... operate doing those that isn't convenient for someone who works 9am 6pm like myself. Other then the ant issue. I have no complaints. Everyone that works in the office is great, and when you have any issues they fix it right away.

Security is not good. The door to the building does not close unless you force it, and they think it's good e Read Morenough. Laundry room is clean, but machines often breaks down, and they try to make us call for repair. That is not a residents' job.
Parking is bad.
The leasing office and maintenance services are generally good.
