Pet Policy: $250 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: Dogs and Cats are welcome! A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. No more than two dogs are permitted and they cannot exceed 50lbs combined or individually. The pet deposit is $250 and the pet fees are $150 for the first pet and an additional $100 for the second pet.

Landscape and facilities are great and community is diverse and helpful. I liked lakes and Club House and even Read Morets held by the Leasing Office Staff. Leasing Office Staff has very warm attitude and always helpful and courteous. Apartments are well designed and well maintained and many have been renovated with new equipment which is highly commendable.

Very strict on giving utilities and rent in quickly, but yet their business center has had no printing supplie Read Mores in over a week and we've had an ongoing ant problem in our home.
