The complex is past it's prime...things are a bit dog-eared and the complex show wear and tear. Appliances an Read Mored overall structure are dated. (My frig went out, which they replace that day...but it had a service sticker on the back dated 1997!) Got a great deal of noise from neighbors and the floor would shake when people walked in the hallway. People at the office were very nice! No complaints with them or their repair crew.

we had a third floor apt. and it got to be a bother to climb the stairs on an average of three times a day bec Read Moreause we had a pet. other than that it was a pleasant experience. mostly our fault because we chose the third floor to get away from the noise factor.

Our newborn son was in intensive care for two weeks and our rent was a day past the grace period and the manag Read Moreement refused to waive the late fee. We had never been late before then. The lack of compassion is the reason we did not renew our lease.

I was charged for carpet replacement when at the time of move in I showed some stains to agent she said that c Read Morearpet is ready to be replaced then I was charged for counter top and a bath top repairs and again showed both damages to agent and in good faith thinking that showing her and telling her over and over I don't want to be charged for it she said don't worry about it she asked me if I wanted it fixed I said I don't care I can live with it and then she denied knowing about it .

The maintenance staff stole my bike. They locked all packages delivers to office at over Christmas. The power Read Morewent out constantly. The appliances were old. The maintenance staff were rude inefficient bullies who yelled at my wife. The rent was raised to a ridiculous level. And to top it all off they let the apartment get damaged. Then they tried to stick me with a bill I did not owe and sent it to a collections agency.
