As with any rental there will be issues and the difference is how these are handled. Most are handled with rou Read Moretine effort, yet some routine issues seem to challenge the staff. The facility is over 20 years old and needs improvements that should be made prior to breakdown. I would expect better common area upkeep for luxury apartments that cost a little under $2000.

Inside the building 1201 on the hall there is normally a weird smell, seems to be related to humidity. Is a li Read Morettle uncomfortable when bringing visitors home.

I gave them an excellent rating because they have a great staff. They have a great set of redidents. The tra Read Moresh is piked up and is never overflowing. It is a fantastic place to live.

When I've had a maintenance issue...they are responsive and quick!! That team is AWESOME When I've had any o Read Morether issue - the people in the management are EXCEPTIONAL!!! They go above and beyond whenever they can. Frankly...these two departments strongly influence the decision to renew my lease. There are other comparable places to live...but, I like it at The Wheatlands!
