It's expensive for what you end upgetting. The kitchens are extremely outdated and pretty much have little to Read More no utility outside of a very basic stove and refrigerator. The sink faucets are old, leaky, and constantly have mold. The air conditioner is loud and rattle, and you can hear neighbor's A/C units rattle all night. The main office says this is normal . The building seems to only fix things that are completely broken, rather than replace worn out items (moldy faucets need replacing)

I feel the building is a little outdated such as the lobby, elevators, hallways, and doors. The exterior could Read More use a paint job too. It would also be nice to get the rooftop pool area power washed once a month.

We had a lot of things we needed repaired right when we moved in. The microwave that we were told would be in Read Moreour apartment was not and took about four weeks to finally get installed and when it was finally installed it was crooked. The door staff sometimes just let friends in without calling up. The elevators are extremely slow.
