Pet Policy: We love pets - we've even got a treat waiting for your little buddy at the front desk! There is no weight limit, just some breed restrictions and a limit of two per apartment ($275 per cat / $450 per dog). Additionally, we have a dog deck that's heated in the winter, there's an open leash dog park across the street, and a great vet just two blocks west!

I enjoy the facilities and have not any problems with maintenance, the laundry, or fitness center. The hours o Read Moref the management office make it difficult for a person working 8-5 to get in to see someone.

The staff of 1130 was wonderful. They were always there to answer any questions & fix any problem that arose. Read MoreAdditionally, the location was near the red line, metra & several bus routes. I really enjoyed my time at 1130 south Michigan.

Leasing office staff was mostly helpful, but manager was excessively rude and far more interested in the terms Read More of the lease than in any issues I encountered or reported.
Maintenance staff told me an issue with the bathtub spigot I reported would not cause any trouble, only to later find they needed to repair it as it began to cause water damage in the unit.
