14 West Elm Resident
I know you pay for location, but rent was in no way consistent with living conditions. Building needs updates Read Morebadly. The office staff is unwilling to accommodate residents with small things. They charge roughly $200 to rent old air conditioner units they already own and an additional installation fee. Cable goes out often. I had no kitchen for days b/c of repairs. At least one elevator is always down for "maintenance." There are many code violations that should be reported. I'm glad I moved out.
