I love the building and how safe and quite it is. The location of this building is wonderful for me and my nee Read Moreds. They keep this building clean and updated. The Office manager is always available. It's a nice community of neighbors.

A few issues came up with bugs. Took some time for the management to respond. The company also took forever to Read More cash rent payments, and always claimed stuff was late.

Awesome apartment complex for the money. Maintenance was timely and so was pest control. Staff was friendly. C Read Morelose to two redline stops.

The building was reasonably kept. I did have one issue with a leak in the ceiling of my unit that was never ad Read Moredressed by the maintenance staff; I ended up repairing it myself. In addition, my oven never worked. Rent was inexpensive for the area, so I suppose I was getting what I was paying for.

Previous maintenance worker had paint crews paint over everything in the apartment instead of cleaning. Everyt Read Morehing. There are pipes plastered to the ceiling in my apartment and are still dropping debris after years. Landlord blatantly told me 'No' when I notified her of a leaky pipe. No isn't even an answer to what I asked her. She didn't even look at the issue. Current maintenance is valiantly fixing all the issues left over from the last guy, but some of them are very far out of his ability.
