Excellent location/neighborhood. Very reasonable rent. Nice employees. Only problem is that building is old Read More. Windows desperately need replaced--paint is chipping all around them and air conditioner only cools living room. Unfortunately a new building is going up right outside our windows so our view and sun will be blocked.

There should be one more elevator for a building this size. The wait for an elevator in the mornings and after Read Morenoons at around 3:00 p.m. are long. Updated computer equipment is needed. The laundry machine has taken my money and I do not know how to get reimbursed.

Though there were a lot of challenges with my bathroom plumbing and fixtures (the vent still needs help), the Read Moreteam was really responsive and helpful and that went a long way in helping my satisfaction. The building, however, is aging, and shows it, so it becomes increasingly hard to justify the high rent being charged. There doesn't seem to be the amenities the building used to have or has in comparison to other buildings in the area.

I love the building, staffs are friendly and excellent location. I am happy to call this place home, however, Read Morejust the fact that the building is old, so lots of maintenance need to be done. My window was broken, the kitchen cabinet smells, the sink gets clot all the time. The A/C is old and dusty. The lobby smells like trash during the summer.

I was shown a different apartment than the one I was going to move into yet they said it would be exactuly the Read More same. I came to measure things before I moved in and the unit I was moving into was not the same and was not something I could accept. The building management did make improvements before I moved in yet I continue to find things unsatifactory. The building management is accommodating but the building it just not for me.
