All in all I enjoyed my stay in the complex. I was dissatisfied by the "reserved" parking space I paid for. Th Read Moree rules of the spaces are that anyone found parked in the spaces were to be towed from them. Several times when I reported cars in my space, they did nothing and actually once told me that the car would have to be parked 4 hours before being towed. By not enforcing the rule, our spaces were always being used by visitors, food delivery drivers and other residents.

In the building we were in, there were only two elevators and one was always out of service. There are no fre Read Moreight elevators in building 51 (which is the one I was in) so moving in and out was tough since we had to use the common elevators to do so.

The Pavillion is a good place to live. It is quiet and very well maintained. One thing I would improve upon is Read More smoking in front of the buildings. I think smokers should have to be at least 20 feet away from the building. Also, I was a little displease with how they have handled snow removal. The plow pushes the snow into the cars making it difficult for us to get out. Surely there is a better way to handle inclement weather.

Friendly staff, room is spacious, the staff makes great attempts to clean the snow in the parking lots. The ba Read Mored part is the cost in comparison to the surrounding area, location is a 10-15 minute walk to the Cumberland Blue line stop which is brutal in the cold and the bus only comes M-F so it will be a hard time trying to get to the city on a weekend via train, and the there is not that much to do around this area.
