Just a fantastic place to live. The views never get old and the staff is amazingly nice and pro-active. I cann Read Moreot say enough about the ease of access to the city this location provides. Tall ceilings and nice finishes in the units make them feel bigger than they are. There are staff here cleaning and maintaining the property all the time, its like living in a really nice hotel. Other residents are generally great too, but its not so busy or loud like other high rises we looked at.

I like living at NewCity. My only complaint is that sometime it gets a little rowdy over the summer. Pool and Read Morehot tube rules get broken with excessive guests.

The rooftop parking lot lights at night are absolutely the worst, for any unit facing east on floors 5-8. They Read More are occasionally left on all night. I don't have to turn a light on in my unit to navigate, because that is how bright they are. The lockout fees are outrageous. I was yelled at for having a third guest at the pool this summer. It was the four of us between two sun chairs. It takes about anywhere from 3-5 minutes to get your fob to open the street side bike room door.
