Beautiful newly rehabbed building with 24-7 doorman, concierge services, state-of-the-art fitness center, on-site management and leasing office. We have one and two bedroom units that have been totally remodeled with modern kitchens that includes microwaves, espresso cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and hardwood flooring. Building is located very close to Montrose Beach and public transportation- the 151 bus stop is right in front of the property. The Montrose and Lawrence Red Line stops are only few blocks away! Lease terms- 12 month minimum. Small dogs to 15lbs and cats are OK with applicable fees and additional rent.
Short and long-term leases are negotiable. There is a $50 application fee per applicant; $250 processing fee per apartment; no security deposit required.
Dog ownership is negotiable and contingent upon meeting the weight limitation of 15lbs. Neither puppies nor aggressive breeds allowed. Horizon requires a $300 non-refundable fee for dogs with an additional $50 per month in pet rent, maximum ownership of one (1) dog per household.
Cat ownership requires a $100 non-refundable pet fee with an additional $15 per month in pet rent per cat, maximum ownership of two (2) cats per household.
PLEASE NOTE: At selected properties where dogs are accepted, between 5% and 10% of the building's unit count is allotted for residents who have dogs. Once that capacity has been reached, dogs will not be allowed until said capacity is available again.
