Overall maintenance was sufficient property was kept up. However I would have rated better if their managemen Read Moret didn't make so many accounting errors. Felt that I always had to monitor billing and especially final billing to get my security deposit returned. They were also not prompt with answering/returning phone calls. Had to call numerous time for about 2 weeks before I finally reached someone. Need to improve availability and communication.

I stay in a dog building and the hallway smells like dog urine and by the entrace doors. The security doors so Read Moremeone puts a penny in the door so that it will not lock.

The apartment hallways smell terrible like smoke. The smell would creep into my apartment under the door. Th Read Moree updated bathrooms are just repainted tiles which still look old. The thermostat does not work as you can not control the heat. Wall are very thin so you can hear your neighbors. The office staff unfortunately are very forgetful as you have to ask multiple time to get something. The hours for the gym are terrible, doesn't open until 9:00am which is late for people who work.

The staff is not always friendly, and when something breaks I hve to put in multiple work orders before someon Read Moree will come look at it. Terr in the office is great ask for her. Everyone else either does not know what they are talking about, or they are rude.
