I lived there as a graduate student. So the price was good considering the location and the condition of the a Read Morepartment. But I think the price went up considerably after some renovation. Many young people live in the building, it could get noisy and the walls are thin....

My experience with the personnel was good, but the room was tiny, especially for the price paid. As a side no Read Morete, a few days before my move out, maintenance people came into my apartment and took my cleaning solutions and paper towels without notifying me at all.
