We have been tenants since 1/4/2014, We have renewed our lease. The Management and the Maintenance personnel a Read Morere very capable and responsive to our needs. The location is excellent. Nearby are good restaurants, stores, bus route on Central St, and Metra train sevice one block away.

Central Street is the perfect combination of small town with shops and dining within walking distance, but a Read Morelso quick and easy access to the city via the train station.

Nice building and good location. Very helpful office staff (although understaffed but they do everything they Read Morecan to assist the residents). Had to wait 3 months to get parking in the building and a larger gym with a bit more equipment would be nice but overall great place to live.

Street face apartments have lots of street noise, specially there is a hospital and two fire stations near by. Read More But everything else is perfect.
