Our lease terms are: Price range is based on flexible lease length and specific move-in date.. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Dog Policy: Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $50.00 pet rent, $500.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Pet rent for dogs under 35 pounds is $50.00/mo.; dogs over 35 pounds are $100.00/mo. Dogs must be current with vaccinations and register with the leasing office. Our pet friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Cat Policy: Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $30.00 pet rent, $300.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per household. The pet fee is per home. The pet rent is per pet.
