I hate that there is a shared utilities bill amongst the whole building, instead of you just paying what energ Read Morey/gas/water you actually use... I also don't like that I have to pay for water... Most apartment complex's in this area don't charge for water... Also, the price for these apartments are unreasonable due to the quality of the apartments. The kitchen, and applainces are VERY old and outdated. Also, the carpets are horrible.

Overall it is a nice place to live. Lots of space and decent looking apartments for the price. The location Read Moreis great--close to shopping, restaurants, etc.

The only negatives we discoverd in our time here:
-SUPER thin walls. You can hear everything and it gets really cold in the winter sometimes
-Not much security. Even the doors to the apartments seem to be cheap/poor quality
-Really creaky floors. Hopefully the people who live above you are light on their feet
-Old school kitchens

Maintenance does not always respond to service requests promptly. The increase in rent after renewing your lea Read Morese is too high. There is absolutely no lockout service.

There were a number of things that were not indicated prior to, or at the time of moving in, including the fac Read Moret that tenants pay for heat based on usage by other tenants, maintenance of the HVAC is only provided during certain temperatures and the amount of rent increases does not seem consistent.
