The kitchen cabinets were uneven and the bath tub and shower were not finished. The paint job on the walls had Read More visible drips and the doors would never shut properly. The quality of the apartment was poor and the neighbors made it worst (Stole fire extinguishers and let them off in the stairwell. Lit fireworks off their balcony. Left broken beer cans and bottles in the yard and by the back door.) When we called the office about building fixes or issues it took months for the issues to be fixed.

There is always garbage outside and it tends to smell in my hallway. Things are always breaking my apartment Read Moreas well. I feel for what I pay things should be more updated.

Despite having a one week delay in our moving in due to lack of appliances [whoops], we've had a good experien Read Morece living at Clover Creek. The few times we have had to call maintenance for services [drains clogged, locked out] they have shown up relatively promptly. We miss the 'resident breakfasts' which used to be a first-Saturday-morning tradition for us.

Location is great, and have never had any neighbor problems. So happy to have my propane grill to use!
