Not to mention all the cheapest carpet they could find, all the lowest grade appliances but worst of all is th Read Moreere is a spider and ant problem. Winter or Summer with multiple exterminations bugs are still prominent. This is extremely high rent with snobby rental agents. They hired one woman after we moved in, she never smiles, always gives us short and snobby remarks. Customer service is key, especially living in 1) Naperville 2) The highest rent we have ever paid with the crappiest appliances.

So far, Brittany Springs has very good customer service and maintenance employees. The few issues we have had Read Morewere taken care of in a reasonable time frame.

I believe that Brittany Springs is the best place to rent in the entire Chicago suburb area. With all the amen Read Moreities available, spacious apartments, walk-in closets, storage, landscaping, playground, fireplaces, two pools and jacuzzi, fitness center, shopping and dining opportunities, best schools and hospitals you simply can not find a better place to live in. We call it home .

Brittney Springs is a very family oriented apartment complex which u great if you have kids! Management can be Read More aware of maintainance issues on the grounds & in units and will do nothing unless you step up & say something! They don't manage the parking lot being that there will be multiple cars to a unit throwing the available spots into flux leaving others without a spot & having to park far on the street & walk at least a city block to their front door. I've been here for 5 years!

Brittany Springs operates with a spirit of excellence. The grounds are beautifully kept. They continue to make Read More upgrades. The few times I've had to call for maintenance issues, response times were very quick. Office staff is always courteous and professional. All the amenities plus the peaceful surroundings were deciding factors for me to renew and extend my lease.
