Our apartment is comfortable and has a lot of natural light, which is great. We were happy to have a garage op Read Moretion available, and the laundry in every unit was a deal-sealer. The management and maintenance teams are very responsive and generally a pleasure to work with. Both the apartments and the grounds are always well maintained.

Every time I seemed to have a problem, the office staff had it taken care of immediately. They are very friend Read Morely and helpful to say the least! I am happy that I renewed my lease Again!!

The property isn't worth the rent amount. You can hear everything from your neighbors apartment even when the Read Morey use the bathroom. The property manager don't take your concerns or comments seriously. Don't handle repair issues in a timely manner.

I feel as though management needs to do a better job of fixing issues facing the community. I.e the speeder Read Mores down Versailles Ave., cleaning dumpster corrals etc.
