    Lease Terms: $250.00 Non-Refundable Decorating. We work with Credit Issues Co-signers Welcome with a full deposit. Pets welcome in Section 3 only with a $300.00 non-refundablve deposit plus an extra $20.00 per month for pet rent. Water, Sewer and Garbage is a flat fee of $35.00 for a one bedroom and $45.00 for a two. Huntington does offer 6 months leases at market rate.
