Everything is outdated and they over charge. The owner harasses you at your door at ridiculous hours and every Read Morething breaks very easily from lack of keeping up. The pool also continuously has a ring of mold.

My apartment flooded in October, and because I was out of town and the adjacent apartment was not occupied, th Read Moree flooding continued for up to three days. I called mgmt, and it took 2 hours for someone to come. A foul smell began, and by April I was ready to move. I moved to another apartment, while mgmt wanted me to pay for both apartments while moving, we came to a mutual agreement. Although I moved 35 days ago, and I have complained, I am still listed in the lobby in my old apartment number

I loved this place. The hallways are a little dark and not very inviting but the overall experience is great. Read More Maintenence came immediately when I had an issue with my faucet. I paid 725/month for 950 sq. ft 1 BR which is unheard of in Naperville. Best of all, it's QUIET. Oh, and free parking.
