Staff is always helpfull and courtious. Parking is always limited after 6pm. If I get home late I have to park Read More clear across the lot but its nice not to have parking passes if family and friends come over. Bathroom counters need updating but other than that its nice. Fitness center is a bit small and the cups for the water are usually gone and have to ask for more.

This has been a pleasant experience out here in the Apartment Complex, the 10 months that I have stayed here. Read MoreThe apartment complex is very spacious with ample parking space. Near to Route 59, I-88, and Route 59 BNSF Metra station. Also 24/7 fitness center availability. Pretty much all that I was looking for. The surroundings look present during summers. Also, the staff is very quick on maintenance requests. I would just hope that the fitness center is looked after a bit more than it is now.

The grounds are always neat and well kept. During the snow and cold, the sidewalks were shoveled and salted. T Read Morehe management staff greets you by name and couldn't make you feel more at home. The gym is clean and it's 24 hours. The residents are all friendly. It is a dog-friendly community, but you never have to worry about stepping in waste, or even hearing the barking. The maintenance crew is amazing!
