I would preface my rating by stating that so far under the new ownership, communication from Randall Highlands Read More was been non-existent - except for this email. Hopefully this will be corrected and is not a sign of how the property will be managed going forward.

The landscaping here was previously great but this year the lawn is a mess. It is driving me crazy because in Read More some places it is over my ankles and my dogs think they have to eat all the big tufts of grass. In previous years the landscapers had the lawn and plants done by this time and nothing has been done this year. The office staff and maintenance team has always been excellent; I hope that does not change.

The quality of the town home for what you pay for. Very cheap materials used on interior of town home, the upp Read Moreer floors still creek, the paint they used is terrible, don't bump it, it marks forever. The window blinds are nice, but cheap, and the window leak air. Not to great for what you pay here,, and the place is new. We chose this new over finding a couple year old town home, maybe a bad choice. We]ll see how much longer we want to pay for this. We will finish out our term of course.
